1. Introduction

In the Name Publishing Company (“ITN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who submit creative work to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information submitted through our youth anthology submission process.

This submission program is intended for individuals ages 13–18 only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

When a submission is made, we may collect the following information:

• Full name of the participant

• Age

• Grade level

• Creative submission (e.g., writing, artwork)

• Email (for communicating winners and project updates)

We may also collect:

• Parent or legal guardian name and email address (for consent purposes, where applicable)

We do not request or require sensitive personal information such as home addresses, phone numbers, or financial details.

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• To review and evaluate submissions

• To obtain necessary permissions for publication

• To publish selected works in a youth anthology (print and/or digital formats)

If a submission is selected for publication, identifying information (such as name and age) may be included alongside the work, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Parental/Guardian Consent

Because participants are minors (under 18), we may require consent from a parent or legal guardian before publishing any submitted work.

By submitting work, participants affirm that:

• They are between the ages of 13 and 18

• They have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to submit their work

We reserve the right to request written parental/guardian consent prior to publication.

5. Age Restrictions

This submission program is not intended for children under 13.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

We may share limited information:

• With editors, judges, or staff involved in reviewing submissions

• As necessary to publish accepted works

All such use is limited to purposes directly related to the anthology.
