In the Name Publishing Company (“ITN,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who submit creative work to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information submitted through our youth anthology submission process.
This submission program is intended for individuals ages 13–18 only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

When a submission is made, we may collect the following information:

By submitting work, participants affirm that:
