Poetry and short story writing have always been things she enjoyed, but now they have become more than just a hobby for her. When emotions become too much, or she finds her imagination running a little too wild, she knows that her pen and paper will always be there waiting for her to write.

"A Bird's Eye View"

Landon is a senior from a Christian school in Florida. He's extremely interested in soccer, corporate law, and art. Art has been one of his favorite classes at school, not only because of the opportunities for creativity, but also because the teacher shows a love for the students just as much as the art itself.

2027 Submissions are Open Now!

Due to the success of our first Youth of Faith Creative Arts Contest in 2026, we are excited to continue this new tradition into 2027. Writers and artists ages 13–18 are invited to submit original poetry, short fiction, and visual art for consideration. Submissions will be accepted through September 1, 2027, at which point the contest will officially close. To keep the process fair and streamlined, no updates or status notifications will be provided via email until the submission window closes. Our mission remains to uplift young Christian creatives, give them a platform to share their voice, and encourage them as they grow in both craft and faith.

Winners will be selected from each submission category and will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card, publication in the winter issue of Power Magazine, and publication on the ITN Publishing website and social media.

If we receive a sufficient number of high‑quality submissions, ITN Publishing will produce a full anthology at our expense, showcasing the creativity and faith of young writers and artists across all categories. Winners will have their work published in this anthology, along with a bio/photo. Contributors under 18 will be asked to provide parental or guardian consent, and all accepted work will be published under limited rights while creators retain full copyright ownership.

Your submission fee helps support the continued development of Power Magazine and the Youth of Faith Anthology, allowing us to maintain our editorial standards and expand opportunities for young Christian creatives. Accepted contributors will receive a free digital copy of both publications upon release.

All entries should be the original work of the writer. Plagiarism, artificial intelligence, and outsourcing are prohibited.

Entry fee of $5.00 per total submission.
