Copyright Ownership and License Grant

The Contributor retains full copyright to their individual work. By submitting their work for inclusion in the anthology/collection, the Contributor grants ITN Publishing a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to reproduce, distribute, display, and sell the work as part of the anthology/collection in all formats (including print, digital, and future formats). ITN does not pay royalties for accepted or published work. This license also permits ITN Publishing to use brief excerpts of the work for marketing and promotional purposes related to the anthology/collection.

 

This license does not transfer ownership of the Contributor’s work. The Contributor remains free to publish, license, or otherwise use their work elsewhere, provided such use does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with ITN Publishing beyond participation in this anthology/collection. ITN Publishing retains copyright to the anthology/collection as a collective work, including its selection, arrangement, editing, design, and overall presentation.
